Excellent vintage Japanese Seiko Lord Matic Special wristwatch from the 1970s.
The silver sunburst dial features applied baton markers, framed day/date display, applied LM emblem and the distinctive “SPECIAL 23 JEWELS” marking with Daini Seikosha lightning-bolt symbol.
The watch is powered by Seiko’s high-grade 52-series automatic movement, running at 28,800 vibrations per hour. The watch is running properly and the day/date functions operate correctly.
Stainless-steel case and bracelet show scratches and normal age-related wear consistent with a vintage watch. The dial remains attractive and clean overall.
