Elegant vintage Siam Sterling Silver Niello bracelet, featuring the Goddess Mekhala, the celestial figure of lightning from Thai mythology. Each of the eight panels displays Mekhala in traditional headdress, casting rays of light from her magic crystal — a symbol of power and illumination.
The panels are framed in intricate pierced silver-work, joined with sturdy links, and finished with a secure box clasp marked SIAM STERLING on the underside.
This collectible bracelet dates to the mid-20th century (1940s–1960s), during the height of Thailand’s export jewelry era, when niello silver became prized for its dramatic black-and-silver ~7.0 to 7.25 inches
