Comes with player, headphones and box (shelf wear and no manuals)z Headphones do not have foam but work. There is rust or corrosion on battery pack slots so may need to fiddle when putting in batteries. AM and FM modes work but Tape mode has a whirring sound and nothing visually spins and tapes do not play. Have not tried to fix so unsure of issue but possibly needs a new belt
