Beautiful vintage pocket lighter featuring an intricately engraved Asian/Japanese-style landscape with traditional architecture, mountains and an arched bridge.
The removable outer case is stamped STERLING 950, indicating .950-fineness silver. The reverse has a simpler engraved mountain design.
The lighter insert is removable as shown in the photos. The striker wheel turns freely, but the lighter does not currently produce a spark and likely needs a new flint. It has not been tested with lighter fluid, so overall operating condition is unknown.
The silver has been left unpolished, retaining its natural vintage patina. There are scratches, tarnish and other signs of age/use.
