Vintage Swedish Barbro Bengtson Folk Art Owl MCM Brutalist Mid Century Modern:
$125.00
Up for your consideration is a stunning Mid Century Modern Owl by Swedish Artist Barbro Bengtson from the 1960’s. This was picked up by my Grandfather somewhere in his many travels. He was a British Military Officer during World War II and later a Diplomat. This has been displayed in my beach house for many years. This vintage Swedish Barbro Bengtson folk art owl sculpture from the Mid-Century Modern era is a unique and charming piece of art. Handmade in clay and signed by the artist, this small statue reflects the nature-inspired theme typical of Swedish folk art. With its one-of-a-kind design and production technique of pottery, this sculpture captures the essence of the 1960s and showcases the artist's distinctive style. Perfect for collectors of vintage art and those with a passion for nature-themed decor, this owl sculpture is a rare and beautiful addition to any art collection.
