The brooch is clearly hallmarked TAXCO / MEXICO / 925 and also bears the TM-40 registration mark. The “T” identifies Taxco, while TM-40 is a Mexican silversmith/workshop registration mark.
The dragonfly features two smooth raised upper wings contrasted by two beautifully textured lower wings, giving the piece excellent depth and visual interest. Decorative details along the body and tail add to its handcrafted appearance.
