Product Description
This is a beautiful vintage Korean Durumagi, a traditional outer garment for women, dating back approximately 40 years or more.
Despite its age, it has retained the elegant lines and graceful, structured silhouette characteristic of traditional Korean Durumagi. It pairs beautifully with more recently made hanbok, adding warmth as well as a sense of depth and traditional character that is not often found in contemporary hanbok.
The Durumagi is made from a deep and elegant purple floral jacquard fabric. The fabric has a substantial yet soft feel, and the woven floral pattern reveals a subtle sheen in natural light, giving it a beautiful appearance reminiscent of silk.
A matching scarf and vintage Norigae are included, complementing the traditional Korean look.
