Vintage Vogue Strung Ginny 1952 in \"Kay\" #23 Kindergarten Series For Sale

Please take a look at this hard-to-find 1952 Vogue Strung Ginny in near mint condition with her original lush, curly blonde wig in a side-part, flip with original red hair bow and embossed brass hairclip. Her body is well strung, can hold all poses and is clean with no fading, cracks, seam splits, stains or odors. She has an overall medium complexion, two-toned blue sleep eyes that work with your gentle assistance, light tan eyebrows and lighter eyelashes. (Her only flaw!) There are no scratches to her eyelids. Her cheeks are evenly, \"fevered\" blushed with no scuffs.
All set for a holiday or other special occasion, she is dressed in her original \"Kay\" tagged \"Vogue\" dress from the 1952 Kindergarten Series, an immaculate,red organdy dress with white medallion trim which closes in back with the original hook and eye closure with no rust. It has never been laundered and feels crisp to the touch. She wears the original matching red organdy bloomers with tight elastic, a newer net petticoat with red lace trim, her original white nylon socks and original, red oilcloth center-snap shoes with Greek Key snaps in excellent, working condition. A wonderful find for the collector!
You may verify an almost identical doll in this ensemble on page 102 of the Izen and Stover book, purple cover, second edition and also on page 73 of Barbara Clark\'s book, \"The Colorful World of Ginny\".
