This rare find has definite wear but still a collector’s treasure. It is a beautiful navy enamel with outstanding rhinestone detail on the lid. There are 3 compartments - pill, powder ( with the original puff) and a lipstick section. It has the following signs of wear and age:
- mirror is cracked but stable
- case has surface scratching and some fading where it was not covered by the clutch
- the fabric clutch/carry case has some fabric damage on the left side interior.
Without this aging this piece of history could fetch $200.
