Absolutely incredible graphic on the front! Looks to be a poisoning, with a woman holding a pistol to her head. All the while she is pointing the pistol at possibly a former lover?
Murder suicide?

I have no idea, but this Graphic is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!
