Up for sale is a vintage Wagner Ware Sidney -O- square cast iron skillet, catalog number 1218, pattern letter B. Made in Sidney, Ohio between 1935 and 1959.
Condition Details:Warp/Wobble: Please note that this pan has a noticeable wobble when placed on a flat countertop. It does not sit perfectly flat. Ideal for a gas range, oven use, or camping, but not recommended for glass-top or induction stoves.
Surface: The cooking surface is intact, but the bottom has a prominent patch of flash rust and baked-on grease/carbon buildup.
Markings: The stylized Wagner Ware logo, "Sidney -O-", "Square Skillet", and the catalog number "1218 B" are all visible through the patina.
This pan is being sold completely AS-IS. It is a fantastic restoration project for someone looking to strip, clean, and re-season a classic piece of American culinary history!
