Vintage Wood Ceramic Blue & White Floral Spice Cabinet

This is a previously owned vintage estate find that needs some TLC. This vintage spice cabinet is sturdy and freestanding. The major defects are "hidden" and not overtly noticeable.
1. The back board is split down the middle.
2. The ceramic/porcelain insert in the door is secured with 4 screws.
3. It appears that the wood or wood-ish product started peeling?
There is a split at the very top as well which can be seen in the photos along with the other issues.
I think a crafty person could repair these issues. Restoring her to her former glory.

The spice drawers are in very good condition. About half of them have considerable crazing. None of them have serious damage, no chips or cracks you see. If you run your finger over them you will feel a little spot here and there.
