Charming vintage wooden potato and onion storage box with wonderful age, patina, and character. Features a warm stained wood exterior, decorative brass hinges, cream-colored knob, and multiple ventilation holes across the front and sides.
The piece shows authentic vintage wear throughout, including scratches, discoloration, marks and finish variation. The back has an old yellow-painted finish, and there is an unusual pink-painted strip inside. I’ve left all of these details exactly as found and photographed them clearly.
The ventilated design makes it a fun functional piece for storing potatoes, onions or other pantry produce, but it would also be beautiful simply styled in a cottage or farmhouse kitchen.
