Vintage 1940s Nelson McCoy Pottery "Butterfly Line" Footed Rectangular Planter
An authentic piece of 1940s Nelson McCoy art pottery from the desirable "Butterfly Line." This footed rectangular fernery features high-relief embossed butterflies nestled among tall grass and foliage around all four sides. Finished in a smooth satin/matte aqua blue-green glaze.
Stands on four sturdy integral corner feet. Unmarked base, which is standard for pieces produced in this line during the 1940s.
