For sale is the 1955 WHEN WE WERE VERY YOUNG, the classic children\'s poetry book, by A.A. Milne, Hardcover with Dust Jacket, published by E.P. Dutton & Co., Inc. Illustrations by Ernest H. Shepard.
**Dust Jacket:** Present. Shows noticeable vintage wear, including scuffing, edge creasing, and minor tears along the spine/edges. The inner flap is **price-clipped**. There is a piece of tape on a tear to the dust jacket. (Please see all photos for the condition of dust jacket and book.) **Inscriptions: The owner\'s name is written on the inside cover. There are no other scribbles or markings. The inside pages are clean.
* **Hardcover Boards:** The cloth boards underneath the jacket remain structurally sound with minor shelf wear to the corners and spine ends.
* **Binding:** Tight and secure. Pages are firmly attached.
* **Interior Pages:** Clean, crisp, and free of highlighting, underlining, or scribbles.
