I am officially deeming this c.1970 mod menswear sweater from Italian designer, Leonardo Strassi, as a unisex look. After all, why should the guys have all the fun with a versatile piece that can alternate as a top. The eye catching color combination of dusty mauve/lavender wool knit and eggplant purple leather trim at the collar, front closure and pockets and a front 1/2 zip gives this sweater an edgy style. The whip stitched details and leather buttoned cuffs add to the look.
Excellent vintage condition with a few moth holes from storage. Extra buttons are included and sewn into an inside seam.
