This music box was purchased 32 years ago at the legendary Borgato of Scottsdale’s luxury shopping village. This rare heirloom features the physical, original gold oval brand tag on the bottom engraved “Cherubini at The Borgato”.
The whimsical, Pierrot-style teddy bear is crafted with blush pink mohair style plush, wearing a night cap and an ornate lace ruff collar accented with petite fabric blue roses. The bear is nestled inside a heavy high quality decorative keepsake box featuring a subtle floral pattern, pink decorative cord trim and pink tassels.
It is 100% fully functional and the music box movement operates flawlessly. As the music box plays the teddy bears head physically moves and rotates and slows down as the music slows down.
