Due to the age of the item, I cannot confirm whether it was originally purchased and stored without use, so it is being described as unused based on its current condition. Please note there is a small clear/shiny area on the first interior index page that appears to possibly be dried glue or adhesive residue, perhaps from when the decorative padded cover was applied. Exact cause is unknown. Please see photo with green marker.
