Charming vintage Sunset Designs hand-embroidered crewel signed “Lucy Sanchez 1978.” Features a wonderfully detailed indoor garden scene with a wicker peacock-style chair, sleeping cat, lush houseplants, hanging planter, colorful flowers, bird, and butterfly. Beautifully worked in vibrant multicolor embroidery on a light woven fabric, with lots of texture and a great 1970s bohemian/plant-lover aesthetic.
