This Wallace China Westward Ho Rodeo pattern serving bowl is tan with a brown rope and branding iron design around the rim and a cowboy on a horse in the center. The cowboy has handpainted touches of yellow and green. The Westward Ho Rodeo pattern was designed by Till Goodan.
The bowl is about 9 inches in diameter and 3 inches deep with the Wallace backstamp on the bottom. This bowl was made in California during the 1940s and 1950s. This is an original Wallace bowl and not the newer True West reproduction.
The bowl is in excellent vintage condition with no utensil or scuff marks, and no chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs. The glaze is very glossy and bright. The bowl is in near-new condition!
