See pictures for condition. The main brochure has been folded in half which looks worse on some pages than others which is kind of odd. The map seems to be clean in the middle. The Disney summer 1959 insert is very rare. It does have some spotting on front and a hole in the front that I didn’t even notice until I opened it up to see the big hole on the inside. You can see it in the pictures.
