Condition: Signed in Ink inside Book. Book as been written on in pencil on cover and in various places. Original Green Color of Covers has faded. Book is stained on front & back covers and on pages. Some staining on edge of pages appears to be mold. Binding is torn at the bottom. Almost all corners are curled/bent.Any defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures will be considered as \"described\".
