Brick roundhouses are as fundamental to railroading as track and locomotives, housing engines between assignments and sheltering light repairs and inspections in all weather. This North American style kit brings all the prototype details, including the traditional two-level roof with separate clerestory windows and smokejacks, plus 23 large windows for natural light.Item 933-3041 holds engines up to 13\" long, typical of the power on most lines, and its stalls sit on a 10-degree angle so less approach trackage is needed. The modular design lets you expand the basic three-stall building all the way up to a full 36-stall circle by combining kits. Pair it with a Walthers Cornerstone Motorized Turntable to finish the scene. As shown the kit measures 14 x 14-1/4 x 4-11/16\" (35.6 x 36.2 x 11.9cm).Key Features:
