The frame measures and 8 1/4\"x 11 1/4\", and includes a signed business card from congressman Bob Wilson. The back is also signed by Wilson on a label showing the piece was originally presented to Mr. Kenneth R Rearwin, Vice-President of Merrill-Lynch in San Diego, CA.
