These are a custom set of hats I bought from the wonderful jazz drummer Ulysses Owens Jr.
The Top is a prototype Ulysses fell in love with, and Zildjian sent him a New Beat bottom to pair with it.
Crispy with a lot definition is how he describes them.
He has videos of him playing them on his Instagram page. They would be awhile back on his feed, he sold these to me when he switched to Paiste.
