Left EngineComply with 100 Hour/ Annual inspection per scope and details of FAR 43 Appendix D. Ground run.
Change oil and filter. Drain oil. Add 12 quarts of Aeroshell 15 W 50 oil. Install Champion CH48110-1
filter. Cut previous filter with no defects noted. Compressions checked: #1- 77/80 #2- 76/80 #3- 71/80
#4-75/80 #5- 72/80 #6- 73/80. Check mags for condition and proper timing. Inspect spark plugs for condition. Inspect exhaust for condition and leakage. Check intakes for security. Clean fuel injectors.
Inspect fuel lines. Lube engine controls. Engine ground run with operations normal and no leaks noted.
Corrective Actions Taken: #1- Replace all spark plugs (URHB32E). #2- Replace air induction filter (BA 12).
#3- Tighten alternator belt. #4- Reroute engine throttle cable away from air box and fuel line. AD\'s checked thru this date and complied with as noted. C/W AD 72-14-08 R1 \"Flexible Hoses\" by inspection.
C/W AD 96-12-22 \"Oil Filter Nut\" checking for security. I certify that this Engine has been inspected in accordance with a 100 Hour/Annual inspection and was determined to be in an Airworthy condition on this date and Hobbs time.
