For sale is this original/vintage estimated late 19th/early 20th century oil on board of a plantation scene showing several figures and a horse drawn cart with a red Victorian estate in the background. Could be the American south or perhaps the West Indies based on the vegetation. Wood frame with a gilt inset and is signed in the lower left A. Drayton. No date visible. Fresh from an estate sale in northern NJ. Condition is good but could definitely use a professional cleaning and it has a small 1/2-inch crack (can see it on the signature photo) which should be easily stabilized - we have left it as is and untouched up. Measures approximately 6 x 8 inches with the frame.
