Overall Condition: Good

Cosmetic: Four decades of use are visible: the natural spruce top has darkened attractively and carries scratches, pick marks and handling wear, and there is rubbing along the edges of the back and sides. The gloss finish still holds a shine over most of the body.

Functional: Listed by a guitar pro shop after inspection. The dreadnought body produces the strong projection expected of the design and the neck is in playable order.

Notable Issues: Scratches and pick wear on the top and rubbing on the body edges. Serial number 445829 dates the guitar to 1983, the first production period of the Shenandoah line, when bodies and necks were made in Japan and the neck joint, finishing and final setup were carried out at the Martin factory in Nazareth. The original hard case is included.
