Description
This piece comes from my personal collection and has been carefully kept as a natural mineral display specimen.
This is a striking Nepal Himalayan quartz crystal with a naturally sharp blade-like form, high transparency, and rich internal mineral scenery. The overall shape has a long, slender “ice blade” appearance, with a tapered body, sharp side profile, and well-preserved natural termination. From the side, the crystal has a distinct sword-like silhouette, giving it a very sculptural and collectible presence.
The body is unusually clear for a texture-rich Himalayan specimen. Rather than being plain or empty, the transparent quartz contains many natural internal features, including soft misty veils, layered growth zoning, tiny mineral particles, and dark graphite-like inclusions suspended inside the crystal. These black mineral specks and sand-like particles create the feeling of ancient material sealed within the quartz during its natural formation.
The surface shows strong Himalayan growth character, including Akashic-style horizontal lines, barcode-like growth striations, subtle circuit-board-like etching, natural etched areas, and tectonic-looking fracture patterns. These markings are part of the crystal’s natural growth history and give the piece a detailed, high-altitude alpine appearance.
This is not a perfectly polished or lab-clean commercial quartz. It is a natural Himalayan mineral specimen valued for its formation, transparency, etched surface texture, mineral inclusions, growth lines, and visible geological history.
