📖 Operating Instructions

• Installing the Dies: Select the appropriate die head size according to the threading requirements and install the dies.
• Securing the Pipe: Use the clamp to secure the metal pipe and fasten the clamp to the machine.
• Starting the Forward/Reverse Switch: After all preparations are complete, turn on the forward/reverse switch. Turn the switch to the left for threading and to the right for backing out the dies.
• Starting the Machine: Press the power switch and wait until the motor speed stabilizes before starting the threading process.
• Feeding the Dies for Threading: Align the dies with the pipe end, then feed them in evenly and slowly, keeping the dies perpendicular to the pipe.
• Cutting Process: Maintain a steady feeding speed with even pressure. Do not push too hard or vary the speed abruptly, as this may damage the dies or result in rough threads.
• Adding Lubricant: Apply cutting oil or lubricant as needed during the threading process to reduce friction and improve thread finish.
• Completing the Threading: Once the thread reaches the desired length, reverse the rotation to back out the dies, then turn off the power switch.
• Removing the Pipe: After the dies have come to a complete stop, release the clamp and remove the pipe.
