These are high quality birds and not what you will find in the feed store. response should be based on how the eggs arrive and not your hatch rate.
If you win the sale please pay immediately so the freshest eggs can be shipped. We can't send refunds or new eggs for USPS delays as we have 0 control over this. Sorry for that but buyer assumes all risk including the chance of low hatch rate when purchasing.
Fertility rate on these is about 80%. It is recommended to use 35% humidity until Day 18, and then raise the humidity to 55%. Eggs and Fertility
Our eggs are gathered the day they are laid and stored properly with skinny end down and not washed to maintain freshness and fertility. Unwashed eggs contain bloom which protects the egg.
Hatchability
We have had customers with hatch rates as high as 100% and as low as 0%. Hatching has to do with much more than egg fertility. Incubation requires a clean and temperature-controlled environment and is not guaranteed.
We recommend a Nurture-rite 360. We have had 100% hatch rate with this incubator. We run at 99.5 temp and add no water until lockdown. At 18 days we stop the egg turner and raise the humidity to 55%. Do not open the incubator until all eggs have hatched. Please note that most shipped eggs have a 50% hatchability rate due to the shipping process, it's very hard on the eggs. Please do not leave response based on your hatch rates as we have no control over the shipping and incubation process.
Shipping
Eggs will be shipped as soon as possible. We always ship in carefully and lovingly packaged containers to protect the eggs from shaking and being damaged. Some of the shipping costs includes additional cushion so that we do the best we can to have the eggs arrive safely. You will be notified when your eggs have shipped, and a tracking number will be provided. We do not monitor weather in destination cities. Please be advised that if it is too cold/hot where you live, we suggest you wait to order until the weather in your area is more reasonable. By buying our eggs, you are agreeing to the terms that you're okay with that risk. We will not ship to destinations outside the 50 states. We ship our eggs the same day or next day they have been laid. If eggs are damaged a claim can be filed with USPS if pictures are taken and a timely claim in submitted.
Returns
No returns accepted. Eggs have a shelf life so once they are purchased they are yours. PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT EXTRA EGGS IF YOUR HATCH DOESN’T GO WELL.
