Dwarf corydoras (Corydoras hastatus) are tiny, peaceful freshwater catfish that grow to about 1 inch (2.5 cm) in length.Quick Care Facts

• Size: Up to 1 inch (2.4 cm)

• Tank Size: 10 gallons minimum

• Water Temperature: 72°F – 82°F (22°C – 28°C)

• pH Level: 6.0 – 7.4

• Temperament: Peaceful, social schooling fish

Tank Setup

• Schooling: Keep them in groups of at least 6 to 10 individuals so they feel safe and act naturally.

• Substrate: Use soft, fine sand to protect their delicate face whiskers (barbels).

• Decor: Add live plants, driftwood, and hiding spots. Unlike many other cory species, they often spend time swimming or hovering in the middle and lower water levels
