Any returned item must be un-installed, in the condition it was shipped to you, and returned in the original packaging. Any return that is dirty, shows signs of installation, is missing parts, or requires service by us, is subject to a refund deduction per guidelines.
On retuns where the buyer states the item was not as described, wrong item was sent, or did not fit, we require the VIN number prior to processing the return. The entire A/C system must be completely flushed with an approved flush prior to installation of the compressor. 2. The accumulator / receiver-drier must be replaced. 3. The expansion device (orifice tube / expansion valve) must be replaced. 4. The correct amount and type of oil must be added to the compressor per the manufactures recommendations. 5. System must be recharged following approved industry guidelines. 6. Installation must be performed by a certified A/C mechanic. A Return Authorization number must be obtained from us prior to returning any item. Prior to processing any claim, documentation must be provided to us that the above parts were purchased and installed unless purchased from us. Our warranty covers the replacement or refund of the purchased compressor only. It does not cover any other component, labor, or expenses. RETURN POLICY 1.
