This is a 16 bay enclosure removed from a working 7th Sense Delta Media Server I am parting out.
These enclosures are in used buy good shape.
Included:1x 16 Bay SSD enclosure with mounting brackets as shown. Back drive to Sata boards are by 7th Sense.16x locking SSD trays. These lock with allen wrenches or flat head screwdrivers.These servers were used for studio projection displays.
This as tested recently and originally used with either the first 4 or 8 bays housing 240gb corsair Neutron SSDs.I am guessing manufacture date on this was around 2016-2018?These have Sata ports on the back. Mounting style for this enclosure is not standard and will likely be best used in a custom application.These were originally wired with 4x Sata lines on the back of this enclosure toMini-SAS SFF8087 ports on LSI Logic SAS9207-8I Raid cards running a 4 or 8 SSD raid. These were used with older ASUS boards.
