Advanced Self-Pressure Balancing System
Built-in self-pressure balancing structure ensures uniform pressure distribution on the heating plate during operation. The connected track design enables stable and smooth sliding movement, realizing consistent heat transfer effects on every printing area without uneven pressing or missing pressure.
Premium Teflon Coated Upper Plate
The upper heating plate is professionally sprayed with high-quality Teflon coating, which is high-temperature resistant, non-stick, wear-proof and easy to clean. It effectively prevents pattern adhesion and scorching during heat pressing, protecting your printed patterns and extending the machine service life.
Precise Magnetic Position Limit Sensor
Adopts swing head zero-position magnetic sensing technology. The machine head can automatically rotate and reset to zero position accurately, ensuring precise positioning for double-station switching. Left and right parallel bearings guarantee smooth and stable swing movement without deviation.
Automatic Pneumatic Pressing Operation
Powered by air pressure, the machine realizes automatic downward pressing (air compressor not included). The standard working pressure ranges from 0.4Mpa to 0.6Mpa, and the maximum adjustable pressure can reach 8kg/cm², meeting diverse high-pressure heat transfer demands.
Dual-Station 90° Swing Design
Features a 90° rotatable double-station structure, which greatly improves printing efficiency by alternating operation of two stations. The Y-type structure only supports square printing materials with a maximum size of 40cm, suitable for most conventional flat heat transfer products.
Integrated Heating Structure & Even Heating
Heating tube and heating plate are integrated as a whole, featuring fast heating speed, uniform temperature output, safety and durability. The lower plate is equipped with a 6MM thick silicone mat and 1CM thick sponge, which further average heating and pressure to ensure flawless transfer results.
Multi-Parameter Custom Settings
Supports multi-time and multi-temperature adjustable settings with a delay time range of 1-999 seconds and temperature range of 0-299℃. It matches the heat transfer requirements of pure cotton, polyester, chemical fiber, ceramics, metal and other different materials.
Automatic Induction Printing
Built-in backside inductive screw design, the machine can complete automatic printing after induction, realizing semi-automatic operation and saving manual operation time.
