This is a XENON assembly. Fully tested. All Xenon HID components light up and function as intended. Lens is clear with some minor visible surface imperfections, detailed in the photos. Top mounting point is broken and there is a hole in the housing. Broken piece is included. Lower mounting point is broken. All other (2) mounting points are excellent. Xenon ballast and bulb are included and function as intended. Halogen bulbs are included and are NOT guaranteed. See photos for cosmetic details.
