1766 Samuel Richardson Clarissa Harlove Tome XI Antique French Leather Book For Sale

A rare 1766 antique french copy of Clarissa Harlove by Samuel Richardson. This book is leather bound with a gilt decorated spine, contrasting title and volume labels, red stained page edges, marbled pastedowns and illustrations. There is an antique signature and bookplate as well on the inside.
Condition: This book has minimal wear to the covers considering the age. Mostly mild rubbing, dents and cracking. The interior has the typical age discoloration and maybe a few insignificant damaged pages like a very tiny tear. There is a 18th century signature and an ex-libris plate on the reverse of the cover.
