San Francisco California coin silver beaker from Kohler & Ritter. Bearing the Coat of Arms for Lt. Theodorus Bailey Myers Mason/TBM Mason (1848-1899). The founder and first head of the United States Office of Naval Intelligence. ONI. Measures About 5 inches tall. In good condition but shows light wear from 153 years. Believed to date about 1873 when Lt. TBM Mason was at Mare Island Naval station in San Francisco onboard USS Pensacola. Any questions I am happy to answer.
