Historic 1935 original press release photo of Triple Crown winner Omaha winning the Arlington Classic in his final start in the U.S. before he went over to the UK for a few starts in 1936. This has been authenticated by PSA as an original news service photo and is a Type 1 photo, meaning it's a first generation photo from the original negative within two years of the photo being taken, and in this case it would have been a matter of hours or a day or two from when the photo was taken. The photo itself is 7"x9" and the sealed case is about 10"x13". It is still wrapped in the outer plastic from PSA. The photo just has some very light wear and a bit of the caption is visible through the back (above between the second and third groups of beaten horses). Please note on the back where it looks like there is some staining or water damage, that is just from the plastic case pressing up against the photo. Also please ignore the shadows and glare as this is hard to capture in photos.
Please review the photos and use the magnify feature to review the condition. We guarantee satisfaction with the racing items we sell, so if you are not happy with it then it can be returned for a full refund, assuming it is returned in the same condition of course.
Shipping is $19.95.
