I would say book is in good condition for age. Light edge wear front and back covers. Light soiling back cover. Small tear bottom title page along spine. Writing in pen blank page after title page. Previous owner hand numbered the page in pencil. Very light soiling a few pages. Most pages are in good condition. Review pictures as well. I would say for a children\'s book, its pretty good.
