1966 BENELLI COBRA / WARDS RIVERSIDE 125Cafe-style resto-mod — corrected Utah title in hand
A vintage Italian motorcycle with Wards Riverside graphics, Benelli badging and distinctive cafe-style modifications. Offered as a display motorcycle or recommissioning project. Running condition is unknown.
TITLE AND IDENTIFICATIONThe motorcycle was physically inspected by the Utah DMV in 2024 to correct an earlier title identification issue. Utah subsequently issued the current corrected title identifying it as a 1966 BENE (Benelli), model COBRA, VIN 21588. The original Wards Wheeled Goods identification plate remains on the motorcycle.
MILEAGE AND MECHANICAL CONDITIONThe odometer reads 2,091 miles; actual total mileage is unknown. Manual transmission.
I purchased the motorcycle approximately five years ago from a dealership where it was used as a display piece. Since then it has been displayed in my company lobby or stored in my garage. I have never attempted to start or ride it during my ownership.
It rolls freely, the brakes operate, and I have manually cycled the transmission through the gears. These observations do not establish roadworthiness. A knowledgeable buyer should inspect and carefully recommission it before attempting operation. Sold as-is, without representation as to current running or mechanical condition.
