1974 Plymouth Barracuda For Sale

Up for sale is my 1974 Plymouth Barracuda. When I bought it, it had been sitting for a number of years due to a stalled restoration. The gentleman I bought it from got it back to running, but it still needed some work. I have been slowly doing minor things to get it back to being a dependable driver. Only selling due to buying another Mopar, and I unfortunately cannot keep both.

• The engine is a 440 that starts right up and runs great.

• 4 speed manual transmission.

• Rear end is a 8.75 with 3.23 Sure Grip.

• Power steering. Power brakes with disc brakes up front.

• The interior is in overall good shape. All of the factory gauges work. It has an added oil pressure gauge. Crow Racing 3\" lap belts (also comes with factory front seat belts). No headliner. Comes with bows for the headliner.

• AAR style strobe stripes with custom 440 decals. AAR hood and spoiler. I also have the factory dual scoop hood that is painted blue to match if you prefer that. Both hoods are included at asking price.

• The paint has a great shine. The exterior is in overall good condition but does have some minor flaws. Still nice enough to get compliments wherever you take it.

Negatives: Windshield wiper motor not installed (comes with one), transmission leaking from reverse light switch. Rear tires are old. I have some new ones that I haven’t had a chance to get mounted yet. Could use an alignment to center the steering wheel.

I’m sure I’m forgetting some things. I haven\'t had a chance to drive the car a ton, but I have put a few miles on it now. It always fires right up and does well going down the road.

I have had an awful experience with \'s secure purchase . You are essentially buying from a dealership (Drive Caramel) when you do this. They title it with them, then send you a title as though you purchased from a dealer. You will have to pay more in taxes. They also lost a title for a car I bought through them holding me up for a couple of months of being able to tag a car.
