Used, no dents, minor scratches and blemishes, the outside of the Tank looks good for its age, however the previous owner cream coated the Tank, when he should of just properly cleaned it, and never coated it. So now the coat is peeling off, it needs to be power washed and properly cleaned, cap is included see photos.
