These are being sold assembled as pictured and include both aluminum cylinder heads, right and left camshafts with timing pulleys, rocker arms and shafts, intake and exhaust valves, inner/outer valve springs, retainers, valve hardware, tappet adjusters, camshaft holders and associated hardware. The removed cylinder-head bolts shown are also included.
Honda lists the 1981 cylinder head assembly as 12200-463-010, with two used per engine.
