This listing is for the vintage 1980s Panda Pro Am frame as shown. It is size 16” seat tube with 23” top tube and accepts 26” single speed wheels. It is made from steel and appears straight with no obvious welds or repairs. It has had 990 style rear brake mounts under the chain stays,probably added later but very well done . It has laid back geometry, great for a klunker build and trail riding. The orange finish is probably not original and someone has begun to strip/remove it. Payment to include $75 shipping in USA.
