Ensuring Card Condition & Quality

• Photos are taken of the product(s), with the best natural lighting available. Potential buyers are responsible for reviewing all the photos provided to assess the products and conditions. In the product description, Point Grey Collective will note any significant flaws to the product.

• Products are in good to mint condition. Raw sports cards are only inspected visually and noted as used. If any minor scratches or imperfections are noted, the product will be noted below “mint” level. We do not respond to inquiries about expected grades oradditionalphoto requests.

• Products are contained and shipped in appropriate packaging to ensure quality. Sports cards are contained in a penny sleeve and top loader. The only exception to this is oversized or irregular sized sports cards. Then every effort is made to protect the integrity of the sports card in handling and shipping. Graded card cases may havescratchesor scuffs. Refunds for case conditions are not available.

• Products are available under the sale or Buy It Now (BIN) format. In some cases, multiple sports cards are sold as a bundled package. In which case, the sale price is for the entire contents of the post and questions to split up the products will not be responded to.
• It is the intent of this organization to provide the most accurate information pertaining to the product. If an error is inadvertently made, please reach out through messenger to point out the error. A correction will immediately be made. This may lead to a reposting of the product.

Standard Payment Policy

• Payments are processed through only; no other payment methods are accepted.

• sale items are not available for Buy It Now. Items not paid within 7 days will be automatically canceled, and we have the right to block any users who do not pay for their purchased product(s) within 7 days.

• Items are sold as is and returns are not accepted unless an error in the posting or delivery is made. In which case, a request for return and refund needs to be made within10 days of the delivery. Requests for refund, beyond the 10-day window will not be welcomed. Buyer pays return shipping.

For sports cards this will include penny sleeves and top loaders with the only exception being oversized or irregularly sized cards. The default shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage. If you would like upgraded shipping, please contact us before making payment so we can adjust the shipping cost accordingly.
