Please Read this is a new never played with 1998 toybiz marvel\'s spider-man sneak attack madame web flip \'n trap action figure with tech-web catcher.the figure stands around 5-1/2\" tall but its a little hard to tell through the plastic packaging.anyway even though this figure is new there is wear on the package.the plastic part of the package has some scuffs,scratches,spotting,a few smudges and some crushing damage.the plastic is also seperating from the cardboard on the left hand side.there is also a spot on the front of the package where a price sticker was removed and there is some residue in that area but it is not sticky however.the cardboard part of the package also has scuffs,scratches,spotting and some creases.there is some edge and corner wear including scuffing,nicks,dings,corner up and down curling,fraying and some seperation.there are two stickers on the backside of the package that have corner peeling.as stated before this is a new never played with action figure but the package has wear.thank you for looking at this listing.
