Description:Up for sale is a 1999-S silver proof Delaware State Quarter. Minted at the San Francisco mint, this coin has been graded PR69 (Proof 69) by PCGS (the Professional Coin Grading Company). Proof 69 is the second highest grade assigned to proof coins, after Proof 70, by PCGS. The coin has also received PCGS' DCAM, or "Deep Cameo" designation, indicating that the coindisplays deep, even frosting on the devices (design elements) of both sides, creating a strong contrast between the frosted devices and the deeply mirrored background. The graded coin slab includes PCGS' Delaware State Flag label.The coin is composed of 6.25 grams of .9 fine silver (or .17875 troy oz).
