🛺 19TH CENTURY CHINESE RICKSHAW NODDERS 🛺
A fascinating 19th century Chinese glazed pottery figural group depicting a rickshaw puller and a seated passenger holding a fan, with separately mounted nodding heads.
Beautiful details throughout, from the expressive painted faces and patterned robes to the bold red-rimmed wheels, curved carriage seat and flowers on the textured base. A cool display piece with plenty of character! 🌼
No readable maker’s mark visible underneath.
Shows glaze crazing, paint loss and surface wear. Head movement has not been confirmed. Please look closely at the pictures for condition and feel free to ask questions or request more photos.
