Golden Back Yellow shrimp are known for their bright yellow to golden body with a distinctive golden stripe running along the back.
🫒 Natural Color Variation: Some Golden Back shrimp may naturally display a slightly olive, greenish-yellow, or darker body tone. This can vary based on genetics, age, lighting, substrate, and environment and does not necessarily indicate poor health or low quality.
After settling into a stable aquarium, their coloration may become brighter and more vibrant over time.

🪣 ACCLIMATION (EXTREMELY IMPORTANT)
Shipping stress is normal for live shrimp.
For a safe transition, we strongly recommend drip acclimation to slowly match the water parameters and reduce the risk of shock.

🚚 SHIPPING
Shrimp are carefully packed using insulated packaging to help protect them during transit.
We ship Monday – Wednesday to reduce the chance of weekend delays.
🛡️ DOA PROTECTION POLICY
In the rare event of DOA, please:
1️⃣ Take clear photos of the shrimp inside the unopened bag next to the shipping label.
2️⃣ Send us a message explaining the issue.
3️⃣ Submit the claim within 2 hours of delivery.
Once approved, we will issue a refund based on the number of affected shrimp after accounting for any extra shrimp included in the order.
